Play Therapy Training
Maritime Play Therapy Centre provides Play Therapy Certificate education that is recognized by the Canadian Association for Play Therapy.
Teaching neurodevelopmentally informed interventions using the Powers of Play.
We began in September in 2019 and 17 students completed all three LEVELS during Covid.
Maritime PTC offers training leading to certification as a Play Therapist recognized by the
Canadian Association for Play Therapy
Yearly from September to June 2024 on Zoom from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Atlantic Time
Level 1 Online the first two Wednesdays evenings of the month
Level 2 Online the first two Thursday evenings of the month
Level 3 Online the last two Thursday evenings of the month
You can register at any time of the year for whatever workshop will meet
your learning needs. However, be aware of the certification requirements and you are welcome to email Theresa to ask your training question.
